Why this exists.
Notora Med was started by a group of medicolegal experts who had spent years writing CPR Part 35 reports and watching records review become the unsustainable bottleneck of expert practice. The choice between writing through evenings and outsourcing to secretarial review at £18,000 to £24,000 a year had stopped being a choice for many. We built the tool we wished we had.
Generic AI tools can summarise records. They cannot give an expert a citable, court-admissible structured output. They do not know what a "standard of care" is. They do not understand what a pre-accident symptom of the same type means in the context of a CPR Part 35 report. They are not configured for UK data residency or special category data. Notora Med is built specifically for this workflow. Every claim source-cited. Every output editable. Every regulatory consideration treated as load-bearing rather than a checkbox. The expert remains the signatory. The expert remains in charge.
We do one thing. We do it for experts who have to stand by what they sign.
