Notora MedThe voice of records

For solicitors.

What it means when your instructed expert uses Notora Med.

As a solicitor instructing medical experts on personal injury or clinical negligence matters, you don't directly use Notora Med. Your experts and your panel agencies do. The difference is felt in the cases you run.

  1. 01

    Faster reports.

Records review reduced from days to hours means your expert delivers inside the CMC timetable, not after it.

  2. 02

    Lower expert fees over time.

Time saved is reflected in fee structures. Experts with the tool can take on more cases and price more competitively.

  3. 03

    Stronger Part 35 compliance.

Every claim in the AI-generated structured output cites a source page. The expert verifies before signing. Defendant solicitors cannot easily challenge unsubstantiated claims because there are none.

Workflow.

You instruct the expert as you always have. The expert chooses whether to use Notora Med. The duty to the court remains the expert's. The signed report still arrives in the standard Part 35 format.

The expert remains the signatory. The duty to the court remains theirs.

How to ask.

If you want to know whether your instructed experts or your panel agency uses Notora Med, ask them directly. The pilot is rolling out to a small number of users through 2026.
